1. Cookies and browser storage
Cookies, local storage and session storage support different service functions. Local storage can persist across visits until it is cleared. Session storage normally lasts for the browser tab’s session and may be restored when a browser restores a session. Browser controls affect these behaviours.
2. Marketing website
The Finora marketing website is hosted by Framer. Framer describes its built-in website analytics as cookie-free and without persistent visitor identifiers. Framer may use short-lived security storage, including a clearance cookie when a browser faces a protective challenge.
Paddle’s checkout script is loaded when a visitor chooses to open checkout. Payment-related processing then follows Paddle’s notices. A link to an external website does not itself mean Finora operates that website’s tracking.
3. Storage used by the dashboard
- Authentication storage keeps your account session available across visits and supports sign-in and sign-out. It includes sensitive session information; do not share it.
- Workspace storage remembers selected workspaces, demo/live view preferences, imported workspace state, settings and cached results. Local copies can persist until replaced or removed.
- Preference storage remembers choices such as colour theme and date range.
- NORA conversation history is kept in browser session storage under a key specific to the signed-in user. Clearing a conversation removes its local history; this does not erase provider-side operational records.
- Checkout handoff storage temporarily carries the proof needed to claim a verified purchase. The application rejects stale handoffs after 30 minutes and clears the stored proof on successful completion or expiry when the flow is opened. It is not an advertising identifier.
4. Optional tracking
The current marketing website uses Framer’s built-in analytics. No separate Google Analytics tag, Meta advertising pixel or Hotjar integration has been configured in the reviewed Finora site code. Dashboard provider logs and operational usage measurement are described in the Privacy Policy. A planned integration listed in the dashboard does not mean its tracking code is active.
Payment or account access does not constitute consent to unrelated advertising. If optional advertising or tracking is introduced, its purpose, provider and controls will be explained and consent obtained where required.
5. Your controls
Your browser lets you inspect, block and remove site storage. Removing authentication storage can sign you out; removing local workspace records or drafts can remove locally held information. Export important records first.
Clearing browser storage does not cancel a subscription or automatically delete database records. For an account-data request, use the contact information in the Legal Notice.
