1. Finora and your agreement
Finora is provided by Jorge Rodrigues, an individual based in Brazil and trading as Finora. These terms govern use of the service. An individual accepting them must be legally able to enter into an agreement; someone acting for a business must have authority to bind that business. Operator details appear in the Legal Notice.
Finora offers ecommerce data imports, profit and inventory analysis, and AI-assisted guidance. Availability and usage limits depend on the plan you select. Demo workspaces contain illustrative data, and estimates are not verified business results.
Only features identified as available are included as current functionality. Shopify, advertising-platform connections, automatic monitoring, execution and other features marked as planned are not promises of current delivery. Your purchase should be based on available functionality.
2. Accounts and access
Use accurate account and purchase details, keep authentication links and passwords private, and notify Finora if access may be compromised. Do not share credentials to bypass subscription or workspace limits. Use authorised workspace access where available.
Following a verified checkout, Finora can establish an account session and attach the purchased plan. Confirm the purchase email to retain access and use secure email sign-in on a later visit. A receipt or an email address alone does not authorise access to another person’s account.
3. Plans, billing and cancellation
Current monthly plans are Starter at USD 49 for one store workspace, Growth at USD 99 for three, and Agency at USD 249 for ten. The comparison page lists the available features. Checkout shows the billing interval, currency, applicable tax and total payable before the order is submitted.
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for purchases through its checkout. Paddle’s Buyer Terms govern the purchase relationship with Paddle; these terms govern use of Finora, subject to mandatory law. Subscriptions renew at the agreed interval until cancelled.
You can cancel renewal through the Paddle subscription-management link in your purchase communications or Paddle buyer support. For a cancellation scheduled at the end of a billing period, access continues through the paid period. A refund, immediate cancellation for a lawful reason or suspension may affect that date.
Deleting browser data, uninstalling a connection or stopping use does not cancel billing. See Refunds & Cancellation for Finora’s existing 30-day money-back guarantee. Material price or plan changes will be notified as required by the agreement and law; they do not retroactively change completed charges.
4. Your records and permissions
You retain rights in your uploaded information. You give Finora permission to host, process and display it as necessary to provide the service, support the account and follow your lawful instructions. This permission does not transfer ownership.
You are responsible for the accuracy of source records and for having the rights, notices and lawful basis needed to provide information. Minimise personal data and do not upload passwords, full card details or sensitive personal data outside an expressly agreed processing arrangement. Keep your own copies of business-critical source records.
Where Finora processes personal data on a business customer’s behalf, the applicable Data Processing Addendum forms part of the processing arrangement.
5. AI and analysis
NORA answers, scenario calculations and generated drafts can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review outputs against your source records and obtain professional advice where appropriate. Finora does not guarantee revenue, profitability, savings, stock availability or campaign results.
You remain responsible for business decisions and any action you execute. A generated action draft does not mean an action has been applied to your store or advertising account. AI guidance does not replace accounting, legal, tax or financial advice.
6. Acceptable use and intellectual property
- Use only information, workspaces and accounts you are authorised to access.
- Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, evade security or usage limits, or disrupt other customers.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing or abusive activity.
- Do not resell the service or reproduce its software or branding beyond the rights granted in your plan or a written agreement, except where applicable law permits.
- Finora and its licensors retain their rights in the service. Your subscription grants a limited right to use it during authorised access within the selected plan.
7. Availability, suspension and closure
Maintenance, errors and third-party outages may interrupt service. No fixed uptime guarantee applies unless expressly agreed. Features depending on external services are subject to their availability. This does not limit a statutory duty to respond to a complaint or provide a remedy.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, non-payment, fraud, a security risk or a legal obligation. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the issue and allow it to be resolved. Suspension, billing cancellation and data deletion are separate processes.
You may stop using Finora and request account closure. Cancel recurring billing separately and export available information before closure. Data requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable processing arrangement.
8. Responsibility, disputes and mandatory rights
Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law. We do not guarantee the accuracy of customer-supplied records or the continued availability of third-party systems. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits a consumer, privacy or other statutory right where that exclusion or limit is unlawful.
Contact Finora first to raise a service complaint so that it can be investigated. Paddle buyer support can assist with a Paddle purchase. These terms do not require you to give up access to a court, regulator or other remedy available under applicable law.
Brazilian law governs Finora’s service agreement, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of protections or rights to bring proceedings available under the law that applies to your purchase. Paddle’s separate purchase agreement specifies its own applicable terms.
9. Updates and contact
Material changes will be communicated before taking effect where required. Updated terms will show their effective date. Changes will not remove rights already attached to an existing transaction. Contact details and the service operator are listed in the Legal Notice.
